Professional Perspective Counts
In the 1980s, company principal Karin Wilson worked for a financial management company in downtown Vancouver. She soon became the company expert in drafting successful business plans – and writing became her calling.
Since then Wilson Professional Writing Services has focused on combining the skills of both broadcasting and print to help businesses get their messages out – with clients ranging from B.C. Hydro and the Women’s Enterprise Society of B.C. to the Okanagan Institute.
Wilson Professional Writing Services has a strong grasp of what it takes to run a successful business in today’s marketplace. This stems in part from Karin Wilson’s devotion to both business and community. A founding member of the Comox Valley Business Women’s Network, she has also served as a vice-president for the Penticton chapter of Soroptomists International, and as secretary of Okanagan Business to Business.
Karin Wilson holds a degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Simon Fraser University, and a Journalism degree from Vancouver Community College.
